While the Israelis were enjoying a night on the town, ten Palestinians met at a restaurant in the Munich railway station. They were members of the terrorist group Black September. For two years, Black September had been committing acts of terrorism, such as planting bombs and killing leaders. Its goal was to focus the world's attention on the Arabs in Palestine.
