There's nothing in my order and I'm sure I ordered stuff. What's wrong?

A cookie containing nothing but a number is sent to you at the start of your visit to identify you & keep your order on our server. The most common reason why the cart might not work is that your computer's time has been set to the wrong timezone, and the cookie is being rejected because the timestamp it has is too far in the past or future to be correct. Go to Control Panel (Start, Settings, Control Panel), open the Date and Time icon, and make sure your PC is set to the correct timezone for your area of Australia or New Zealand, and is showing the correct current date and time.

You might also not have cookies turned on in your browser settings. Cookies turned off means we (and many other websites) can't identify you from one page to the next. To enable them for IE4, go to View, Internet options, Advanced, and select Always Accept Cookies next to the yellow triangle. For IE5, go to Tools, Internet options, Security, Custom Level , and select Enable under Cookies. For Netscape 4.x, go to Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Accept All Cookies. Some cookie blocking applications, like Spysweeper, will prevent our cookie from being sent or will delete it automatically - turn these off or configure them to accept cookies from our site. Also, some firewalls will prevent the cookie from being transmitted back to us, in that case, please contact your system administrator.

How do I navigate the site?

Just click on the links in the Left Navigation or Top Nav menu to browse the product categories. The Product Catalgue section labeled 'Browse Books' is where you can navigate through our entire range of products sorted by subject and category. Alternatively you can browse through our feature pages, (New Releases, Best Sellers, coming soon, specials, online brochure/catalogue and regular promotion section). Once you are in one of our product list pages, just click the product title, picture or author to get a detailed page of information about that product. If you're after a specific product, use the Search Box on the left navigation or click the 'Advanced Search' option.

How do I order an item?

Just click the button under the price. Each click will increase the quantity by 1. You need to click for each different line item.

How do I know what I have ordered so far?

A running total number of books in your shopping basket is displayed on the left of each page. You can also click the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top of any page to see what is in your shopping cart at any time.

In the Shopping Cart, you can change quantities, and remove unwanted items. Click the title of a book to view the product and information.

How do I place the order?

Click the Shopping Cart link (top navigation), check titles in the basket and click 'Proceed to Checkout', then you tell us your details, choose how you want to pay for your goodies, and confirm your order. Note that you can save your order so you can continue it at a later date when you return again.

Can I cancel an order that's already placed?

Yes you can, but not online, you can either contact us by phone, fax or email. Do not delay if you wish to cancel your order. If the books have already left our warehouse you will be up for the return postage of the books before your account is credited.

Can I change my email address, delivery address, or password on the site?

If you want to use a different e-mail address in future, you can change it in 'Your Account' Section - you'll need to log in with your previous address and password.

To change the delivery or payment details for placed or pending orders that are yet to be worked on by us, you will need to contact us by phone or e-mail to make any changes, as we are already working on your order.

If you want to change to your default address details for all future orders, you can change it in 'Your Account' Section - you'll need to log in and choose the Change Account Details option on the next screen - you can also just edit the address details next time you are in the checkout with a new order, and the new details will be saved.

To change your password, go to the 'Your Account' Section, log in, and choose the Change Password option. If you have forgotten your password, and can't log in, click the Forgotten your password? link on the login page of the website, enter the email address that you registered your account under - the password will be e-mailed back to that address.
