Elsa Roth's life at Seaside Sanctuary, the marine biology facility where she lives, is about to change, thanks to a group of river otters. But the adorable animals aren't Elsa's only responsibility; a new group of volunteers is also starting at the sanctuary. When a boy named Anson shows up in the group, Elsa is less than thrilled.
