Kris is a frequent author and speaker on the topic of procurement and serves on the advisory board of Procurement Leaders. He is based in Brussels.
Chris Roark is a Chicago-based Managing Director responsible for leading Accenture's competitiveness and zero-based cost management platforms in North America. He has significant experience in consumer packaged goods, industrials and retail in driving enterprise value through growth strategies, operating model designs and structural cost resets.
For the last fifteen years, Rodrigo Abdalla has been helping clients adopt the zero-based mindset in Europe, North and Latin America. Besides ZBx, his experience includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial programs, supply chain redesign, and financial and organizational restructuring in a range of different sectors, from natural resources through consumer goods to CMTs. He lives in London where he also acts as an angel investor.
