Nicola Adams is the reigning Olympic, World, Commonwealth Games and European Games boxing champion at flyweight. She became the first woman in the UK to win an Olympic Gold medal for boxing during London 2012 and won her second Olympic Gold in Rio 2016. She topped the list of the Independent's 101 most influential LGBT people in Britain for 2012 and was voted Glamour's Sportswoman of the Year in 2013.
