Zo Paramour worked her way up from NQT to assistant headteacher in five years and is currently Head of English at a school in North London. She is also a freelance writer and has written for a number of national publications, including the Independent, the Huffington Post and the New Statesman. Timothy Paramour was deputy headteacher of a primary school in North London until August 2016. In 2017, he wrote and performed a play about primary education that was staged in theatres in and around London, including the Lyric Hammersmith and the Oxford Playhouse.
