Product Description

In 1926, three Ducati brothers, Bruno, Marcello and Antonio, formed the Ducati company in Italy. At first, the company produced radios and electrical items. After World War II (1939-1945) it started to produce small motorised bicycles. Ducati's first biking success was the Cucciolo - a bicycle with a small motor and two-speed gearbox that was sold from 1946 to 1958. Fabio Taglioni joined Ducati in 1954 as a young but ambitious engineer. He became responsible for many of Ducati's cutting-edge designs.
