In a playground just outside Copenhagen a woman is found dead with one hand cut off.

A small chestnut figure hangs over her.

Naia Thulin and Mark Hess are sent to investigate but they soon discover another woman has been brutally murdered. This time both her hands have been cut off.

And the chestnut figure is back.

S ren Sveistrup (born 1968) is an internationally acclaimed script writer and film producer. He holds a master of Literature and History from the University of Copenhagen and graduated as a script writer from the Danish Film School. He is the creator and writer of The Killingwhich has won several international awards and has written scripts for The Day Will Come and Jo Nesb 's The Snowman.
