A cautionary tale about two men, Bill and Ben, who just don't seem to be able to share, despite the constant advice from a wise rooster and hen. Over a series of five little stories, Bill and Ben repeatedly refuse to share, looking increasingly foolish as the stories progress from fights over a bun, to a pair of blue boots, an apple, an umbrella and finally a boat. In each story we see that neither of them gets the benefit of what they're fighting over until we are left to imagine the men's fate when they cut a boat in half rather than share it.
